Our Design-Build approach to building construction allows the two greatest unknowns; cost and schedule, to be controlled to a much higher degree than a typical design-bid scenario. In our Design-Build project, our in house architect joins forces with our project management team as soon as the selected design has evolved enough to allow a construction estimate. Working with our client, a budget and construction schedule is then established.
